Broad, general nutrition programs don’t work. If exercise prescription is specific to the goal-oriented individual, why is it that when it comes to nutrition, people are so ready to dive into general advice?

Keto, Intermittent Fasting, Paleo, Warrior, Zone, Atkins, IIFYM…All COULD work for you if it fits the bill…doesn’t mean that it will. Your nutrition is specific to you. Just like squats aren’t for everybody, fad diets and the like are not magic bullets, and they don’t work alone.
