The CrossFit WOD time slot are group classes led by a certified coach. During this hour, we will guide you through the Warm Up, Strength component, Metcon, and Cool Down. The coach will be there to motivate and teach proper technique in a positive and safe environment.
With a mix of Conditioning, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and Strong(wo)man, you will never be bored of working out. Not able to do a certain movement? No worries! Our coaches will help you scale the movements accordingly.
