Working out drives me to be better, to get outside my comfort zone, and to push my limits. It also clears my mind and decreases my anxiety. When I started hearing that the box might have to close, I really started worrying about the effect this would have, not just on my fitness, but also my mental health.

Without missing a beat, Bobby and his team had a plan in place to bring the programming online and keep us all moving forward. The online WODs are still intense sweat sessions, complete with demos, skill level modifications and live classes. All of the coaches have been continuously helpful, creative and accessible. This online platform is still
keeping us very much connected while we need to remain apart. It has also provided many opportunities to focus on some skills that I had previously been neglecting.

I am so grateful to Bobby and all of the coaches. Without this online community, I know I would have been struggling with both motivation and mental clarity. When all of this is over, the workhorses will all be coming back stronger.
